I am happy to be in your life.
I teach and coach on happiness and creates products to support and inspire your life. I offer “Upping Your Happy” both as a workshop and team builder in corporations, non-profits, groups and organizations. My newest product is a one year on-line happiness subscription call 365 Days of Happy. It teaches you how to be happier and offers support, teachings and insights on how to live a more positive and happy live.
I am the artist and creator of iZoar a line of products that uniquely combines art, empowerment and inspiration. My products are created with whimsical art characters that deliver deep messages in light costumes. My work is a favorite among counselors, therapist and life coaches for they help explore hard subjects with joy and laughter. Often called a therapist on paper, I help facilitate personal growth in my teaching and products by connecting you to your own journey in a creative and playful manner.
My history is perhaps best described by the personal trait of being chronically curious. I learned to be a risk taker at an early age and developed a simple philosophy. I understood that I could handle failure but never wanted to live in regret of not having tried something. So I have tried many things. I am a confessed serial entrepreneur having owned many businesses. Along the way I have jumped out of an airplane, ridden a camel in the desert, hiked Norway’s highest mountain, been inside the Great Pyramid, ridden a hot air balloon, walked beside penguins, danced all night, loved deeply, been supported by many,
played often and laughed with great regularity.
I hope that my writing and teachings will touch your heart and expand your life. I strive to weave insights, knowledge, wisdom and humor into everything I create.
